The focus is deliberately narrow: retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and the engineering discipline around them — chunking strategy, evaluation against real queries, credential isolation, and the unglamorous work of keeping a system accurate after launch, not just at demo time.
Prashanth AI is early — this site is built around what's actually true today, not aspirational claims. The company grows one carefully-scoped engagement at a time, with the same engineering standard applied whether it's client work or one of the products on the roadmap.
What I believe about building AI
Production is the only real benchmark
A demo that impresses in a meeting and a system that survives real users asking real, messy questions are two different engineering problems. I build for the second one.
Grounded beats clever
An AI system that says 'I don't know' when it doesn't know is more valuable than one that always sounds confident. Accuracy and honesty in the system's own outputs matter as much as the UI around it.
Security isn't a phase two
Credentials, prompts, and customer data get protected in the architecture from day one — not bolted on after a launch reveals the gap.
